City Land For Sale

Two City of Fort Saskatchewan Public Utility Lots (PUL) are being sold separately.

Each lot represents a sidewalk on the south perimeter of separate, but neighbouring condominium developments. They form a contiguous sidewalk that runs through both properties. There is no reserve price on either lot and the City will be accepting bids until 5:00pm on Monday, January 15, 2024.
